Delicious food & even better service for our lunch date!! I picked their lunch special to turn one of the fish platters into a sandwich and it was so juicy & tasty!! My husband got their white fish special of the day and also loved it! We also devoured our fried green tomatoes appetizer. Definitely support local and come try them!

Food is very good, especially for the price. I appreciated being able to have catfish not deep fried (though I've had it deep fried before which was very good). Others had steak which they said was very good. We did have two issues. They forgot the fried mushroom appetizerwe ordered. When we reminded them, it came out with the main course. A little too late to really appreciate. Second, the waitress dropped the cocktail sauce bottle and it sprayed all over one of our party. No offer of any compensation. But Stumpknockers still remains a favorite of ours.

Large portions of Southern fried foods. Service was phenomenal, very fast. Limited beer menu. Beautiful spot on the water.

We went to this place as a party of 20 for a celebration dinner. We had a reservation before hand and they handled it very well. We did sit inside so we didn’t explore the various features listed in other reviews of the outside. But the service was outstanding! They were quick, polite, and efficient. The reason for the four star is the food. It was just okay. I would recommend the conch fritters, the stuffed flounder, and the catfish. Those seemed to be the overwhelming favorites of the group.

Love this place! We had crab legs and steak with gator bites as an appetizer. Their homemade sauces are delicious. Everything was cooked just right, the service was great, and there is ample seating both indoors and out. Only suggestion is to serve real butter.

Fun atmosphere! Food was really good and portion sizes were very generous. Prices were reasonable. Service was friendly and food came out super fast. We'll def be back.

Ordered the scallops & gator filet. Did not disappoint. Very nice atmosphere but wish it wasn't right off the highway.

Unique restaurant with a view of the Withlacoochee River. Cozy tables inside and outside seating overlooking the river with fishing boats cruising by. My catfish special was outstanding with a cream sauce which tasted great. My friend has the chicken wings which were large, plump, and tasted great. Seems like they have really uped their game when it come to the quality of their food from when I visited a few years back. And the server was very attentive, despite the fact they were busy for the Sunday after church crowd and tourists.
